Social media.

I love social media. I’ve been active on a lot of the channels since they started, and in a lot of my roles I’ve been responsible for creating the business’s first profile.

In particular, I like using social media to speak to people. It’s another way for you to speak to your customers, and it’s often their preferred way of contacting you.

I can help you create a profile for the first time, edit your profile so it’s more attractive to customers, or even take over the day-to-day running of it so you can focus on the business side of things. Some of my clients recognise that they need to be using social media but don’t actually enjoy it. That’s where I can come in.

I’m good at making what I post sound like your company. I’m happy to advise on what I think is the right approach, and I’ve always got your business’s interests at heart.

Free (or organic) social media doesn’t often generate a lot of new business, which is where advertising comes in. I can create and monitor advertising campaigns on social media for you. These are designed to help you attract new people to your website and turn them into customers. Which is handy, because I also look after websites too.
