Qualifications only have value when learners, employers and providers have confidence in the standards behind them. Maintaining that confidence requires strong assessment processes, effective quality assurance and qualifications that remain relevant to industry needs.
These are areas I have worked in throughout my career.
My experience includes assessment, examining, curriculum development, and quality assurance across apprenticeship programmes and professional qualifications.
I support awarding organisations through assessment, external quality assurance, qualification development and content creation.
This includes reviewing learner work, contributing to standardisation activities, developing qualification content and helping ensure assessment decisions remain fair, consistent and reliable.
Because I continue to teach and assess marketing learners, I also bring an understanding of how qualifications are experienced by both learners and providers. This helps bridge the gap between qualification design and delivery.
I currently work as a Senior Examiner and End-Point Assessor, and as an External Quality Assurer for several organisations.
I have also developed qualification content and learning materials for professional marketing programmes.
