Supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing programmes

Training providers face a difficult balancing act.

Learners expect engaging, relevant learning experiences. Employers want programmes that develop workplace skills. Awarding organisations require standards to be met. At the same time, delivery teams are often working under significant pressure to maintain quality, consistency and learner outcomes.

Having worked with training providers in a range of roles, I understand many of these challenges first-hand.

My experience includes teaching, assessment, curriculum development, and quality assurance across apprenticeship and professional learning programmes. This means I can support organisations at different stages of the learner journey, whether that involves reviewing assessment decisions, developing learning resources or contributing to programme delivery.

How I can help

Many of the organisations I work with need support because internal teams are stretched, specialist expertise is required or additional quality assurance capacity is needed.

I can provide assessment and quality assurance support across marketing apprenticeship programmes, contribute to curriculum reviews and resource development, or support delivery through teaching and workshop facilitation.

Because my work spans teaching, assessment and curriculum development, I can also help identify how changes in one area may affect another. This often leads to more effective programmes and a better learner experience.

Experience

I currently work with organisations including JGA Group, NBSL and NSBS, supporting marketing apprenticeships and professional development programmes. You can see what I'm currently up to on my LinkedIn profile.

My experience covers Levels 3, 4 and 6 apprenticeships, professional qualifications and funded skills programmes.
